Day 28

Keep up the good work! Keep checking that control journal, and not just reading but following your new routine.
Remember that you have to take care of yourself! It is hard to accomplish all of your tasks if you at first don't take care of yourself. Put it in your control journal, make a sticky note, whatever it takes to remind yourself to eat well, drink lots of water and get some rest!

Now that's an issue in my house. Although, we just recently stopped drinking sodas. But it's really hard to give in to the temptation.
