Day 5 - Think happy thoughts

Day 5


So far we are:
* Getting Dressed to the Shoes
* Reading our sticky note reminders
* Shining our sink before bed
* Laying out our clothes for tomorrow
* Reading our email reminders for only 2 minutes and then deleting
Today the Fly Lady wants us to take those negative nagging thoughts that are bouncing around in our heads and get them out. Write them down. Then turn them around into something positive. Say something nice to yourself, keep yourself motivated. You CAN do this!

Stink'n Think'n is what makes me want to quit projects and flylady sometimes. I'm not good enough or my house will never be perfect. I hate thinking like that. I makes me feel tired! The the more worn out I feel the more I don't want to get my things done! Thanks for the reminder!!

It's easy to get overwhelmed and get down on yourself when you feel like you will never catch up! That is what today is all about. Turn that negativity into something positive!

We wouldn't want our kids saying bad things to eachother our about themselves, and there is no reason for us to put down ourselves either! Let's set good examples for our kids and be more positive!

(this pep talk is for me too.....I am just as guilty!!!)
